- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love every item you purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy ensures a smooth resolution.
Our Policy
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. You must also provide the original proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and the shipping address for your return. Please do not send anything without this number.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our returns centre.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email and process your exchange or refund.
Refund Timelines & Methods
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow:
- 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
Exchanges will be shipped via your original shipping method once the return is processed.
Important Notes
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

- Any personalised or custom-made items (e.g., specific Canvas Prints or Mirror Art Prints from our Collections that were made to order)
