Our Policy

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also have the original proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back to us without this number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our returns centre.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will then process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at checkout. Please allow:

  • 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we have approved it. The processing time can vary depending on your bank or card issuer (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).

Exchanges will be shipped out via your original shipping method once the return is processed.

Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

  • Coasters & Placemat Sets (Due to their use with food and beverages)
  • Bath Mats
  • Shower Curtains
  • Any personalised or custom-made items (e.g., specific Canvas Prints or Mirror Art Prints from our Collections that were made to order).
