What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 business days processing).
Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch (1-2 business days processing).

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most global destinations! However, we are currently unable to deliver to Asia and some remote areas. You will be notified during checkout if your location is eligible for delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse in Kingston upon Hull right to your doorstep.
I haven’t received my order within the expected timeframe. What should I do?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return items in their original condition within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to our error or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
